Alpine Coaster in Alsace or “rail toboggan” is a new rail sled in a natural setting: between forest, meadow, and the Vosges mountains.
The track is:
– 395 m of ascent
– 705 m of descent
– over 1.1 km long
– and can develop speed of 40 km/h!

Price: 1 or 2 people per sled, 1 sled cost around 8 euro

As there were 5 of us, we were riding 3 times altogether :).

Overall, it was a great experience, we would do it again.
One of the coolest things about this location (“Lac Blanc”), that in one visit you can do several activities: hiking, visiting rope park, mountain biking, and exploring barefoot trail – something pretty popular in Germany and Alsace.
